How do I indicate my child's name and teacher name for my order?

Be sure to add your child's name, grade and teacher's name in the order notes prior to checking out. If you have more than one child, are ordering multiple books and would like for each child to receive a book, please indicate both student's names, grades and teachers' names in the order notes. Please also indication which title each student should receive and we will do our best to get t

How long is my school's student special preorder available?

Your school's author visit will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2026. Preorders submitted by 11:50pm on Monday April 6 will be delivered to your child's school on the day of the event. Books ordered after preorders close will be subject to shipping rates.

When will my student receive their preordered books?

All pre-ordered books will be delivered to your child's school on the day of the event and will be distributed by your child's teacher.

Can I order books for children that do not attend Whitehall Elementary?

Absolutely! Any books preordered at special student pricing will be delivered to your student on the day of the event and will not be subject to shipping charges. This is a great opportunity to order books at a great price as gifts and save on retail pricing AND shipping charges.

Can I order other books that are not not labeled "Student Special" with my preordered titles?

YES! Yes, you are welcome to order any books available on our website and benefit from no shipping charges. The titles shown as "Student Special" are being offered at special pricing for Whitehall Elementary Students. Other titles ordered will be at regular pricing, but will be delivered along with preordered titles on the day of the event.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Can parents attend the author visit?

Details of the author visit are handled by the school hosting the visit. Mr. Jay's author visit is family friendly and Mr. Jay loves meeting students and their parents.

Often, author visits are held during the school day and are reserved for students. Please check with your student's school administrators and/or author visit contact to see if parents/volunteers are able to attend.
