Our baby book club is not a subscription so there is no need to worry about recurring charges (especially since you've got recurring diaper changes to think about). A simple, one-time payment is all it takes to become our newest baby book club member.

Our baby book club is designed specifically for new and expecting families. Most families purchase their membership towards the end of their pregnancy or are gifted their membership during a baby shower. There are no limits to when a family can become a Baby Book Club member, but for the best experience, we encourage families to become a member by their baby's 3 month milestone.

Classic Members receive one scheduled shipment that typically arrives within 7 days of their baby's due date.

Premium Members receive their Personalized Newborn Gift Set within 7 days of notifying us that their baby has arrived. Their subsequent shipments typically arrive within 7 days of their baby's next scheduled milestone.

Absolutely! Classic Members receive one shipment and can choose from our curated list of classic baby book club titles. Premium members receive multiple shipments including a standard shipment at birth and their baby's first birthday. Books included in remaining shipments can be chosen from our wide library of baby book club titles.

No worries! You will receive everything you need to let us know your baby has arrived starting 4 weeks prior to your due date and reminders to submit baby's information through 2 weeks past your due date. Our team is always ready and waiting to know when our newest book club member arrives so we can begin processing your first shipment.

Our baby book club makes a great gift! Once you've purchased your baby book club membership, you will receive a membership enrollment form where you can indicate the membership is a gift and whom you'd like to gift it to.

Our team is on standby waiting patiently for you to complete your baby's Birth Stats Intake Form, the form you will use to let us know that baby has arrived safely and provide us with the information needed to personalize your birth announcement plush. The link to this form is sent to your inbox every week starting 4 weeks in advance of your due date to make it super convenient for you to let us know that baby our newest baby book club member has arrived.

We sincerely apologize if we made a mistake on your birth announcement plush. We know how inconvenient it is to reach out when something is incorrect, so we will do everything we can to get it corrected as quickly as possible. Once a membership is paid for, all membership enrollments are final. Classic membership shipments are shipped automatically around baby's due date and the membership begins on baby's due date (unless otherwise notified). Premium memberships begin on baby's birth date. All memberships are for the period of 1 year. If you have encountered a situation where you no longer need your membership prior to your baby's due date, your pending membership can be paused for a new date, gifted or transferred to another party. If you have encountered a situation where you no longer need your membership after your baby's due/birth date, please email us at info@littlelegaciesbookclub.com.

Memberships that have been purchased are non-refundable, but they can be paused for a later date, or gifted/transferred to a new recipient. Please email us at info@littlelegaciesbookclub.com to let us know if you'd like to pause or gift/transfer your membership.

Our Heirloom and Foundations members enjoy the peace of mind of FREE book replacements for up to 2 years on up to 3 or 5 books (respectively) they receive during their membership. At any time, through their child's 2nd birthday, if their books have become damaged or unreadable, we will replace them at no cost. We do this to ensure the memories created between a family, their baby and their books within the first year last a lifetime!

If an Heirloom or Foundations members' book sustains damage that has rendered their book unreadable they should:

1. Initiate the Book Replacement Claim process by sending an email to info@littlelegaciesbookclub.com with the following information:

• Subject: BOOK REPLACEMENT REQUEST
• Parent Name
• Child's Name
• Child's Birth Date
• Email address on file
• Images of the damage to the book
• Explanation of the damage the book has sustained

2. Once the initial claim request is received, our team will review the request and provide additional instructions on what is needed to process the claim.

3. Once all claim criteria has been satisfied, our team will process the claim and prepare a replacement book for shipment.

A damaged book is a book that has sustained physical discord to the point that the readability and enjoyment of the book has been impacted. This may include, but is not limited to:

• ripped, torn or missing pages
• missing front or back cover
• water damage
• dirt, marks or stains to interior pages

Every book in the Baby Book Club is selected by a small team that includes parents, educators and early literacy specialists who understand the needs of babies and their families in their first year.

We choose books that encourage your baby to see characters who look like them and members of their community, will learn to love themselves and others and will grow to be the curious kids they're meant to be.
